Corpus Christi Community warmly welcomes all visitors and guests. We also realize that sometimes people are looking for a home. If you wish to formally register in the parish, you may do so by calling the parish office during business hours (825-0618).
  
Follow this link to Registration Forms where you will be able to print the form.  After completing the form you may mail the form to the parish office, drop it in the collection basket on your next visit or why not bring it to the office and meet our parish staff. 

You may also obtain a registration packet in the gathering space of the church after the weekend Masses. One of the Ministers of Hospitality will be able to assist you.

After you have completed the registration forms you may drop them in the collection on Sunday, or mail them to the Parish.
